Meet Our Team
Dr. Hieu Huynh
 Dr.
Huynh grew up in Houston, TX with a large family of 6 brothers and sisters. He
attended Eisenhower High School and graduated with honors. He later went to the
University of Texas at Austin where he received his college degree. Dr. Huynh
later attend Baylor College of Dentistry and also graduated with Honors in 1999.
His emphasis on patient comfort, as well as keeping
up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry
enable him to provide his patients with the best quality
of care in the field. Dr. Huynh has a wide range of
experience in different areas of dentistry, from
cosmetic and restorative dentistry to surgical
treatments and root canal treatments. He is certified in
multiple disciplines in dentistry, including but not
limited to: Invisalign Braces, Biocare Implants, and has
extensive knowledge and experience in oral surgery and
wisdom tooth exodontia.

Dr. Huynh and his family currently reside in central
Houston with wife and two children. In his spare time,
he enjoys spending time with his family and fishing with
his father.
Dr. Amy L. Luedemann
 Dr.
Amy L. Luedemann, a board certified pediatric dentist, is a native Houstonian
who has been in the dental field since 1990. She finished Magna Cum Laude in her
undergraduate degree with studies in Nutrition and Psychology. She obtained her
Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2005 from the University of Texas Dental
Branch in Houston. She then traveled to Seattle, Washington where she received
her Pediatric Specialty Training and a Masters degree from the University of
Washington. After completing her program there, she worked at Children’s
Hospital and Regional Medical Center , which was recently ranked in the top 10
of children’s hospitals in the US. There she served on the craniofacial team and
worked with children who had special healthcare needs such as: Autism, Downs
Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Hemophilia, Sickle Cell Disease, cancer and many other
conditions.
In
addition, Dr. Luedemann
accepted a position
teaching at the
University of Washington
and Seattle Children's
Hospital. In this role
she participated in
giving lectures and
clinical teaching to
students learning to be
dentists and physicians.
While she enjoyed
working with special
populations and the role
of teacher, Texas called
her home.
Dr.
Luedemann recently
decided to return, to
friends, family and the
hospitality of the
South. Since being home,
Dr. Luedemann has become
an active member of the
profession and is a
member of multiple
organized dental
professional societies
including: The American
Board of Pediatric
Dentistry, The American
Academy of Pediatric
Dentistry, The Houston
Academy of Pediatric
Dentistry, The American
Dental Association, The
Texas Dental
Association, and the
American
Cleft-Palate-Craniofacial
Association.
In
addition to being
concerned with and
involved in the
important issues that
face the profession of
dentistry, Dr. Luedemann
has also enjoyed
traveling abroad and
working in underserved
areas to help those in
need. In that regard she
was a founding member
and serves as the Vice
Chair of the Executive
committee of a
non-profit organization
who is working to bring
education and health to
a rural community in Sub
Saharan Africa. These
experiences, coupled
with the many honors and
awards Dr. Luedemann has
received thus far in her
career gave us great
confidence in choosing
her to help serve the
children of our
practice.
In her
private life, Dr.
Luedemann enjoys: water
sports, skiing, hiking
with her dog “Rio”,
boxing, reading and
gourmet cooking!
Dr. Bill Patel
 Dr.
Patel, a Houston-native, enjoys bringing his Texan hospitality along with
his passion for dentistry to every patient he encounters. While staying
current with the latest technologies and advances in dentistry, Dr. Patel is
committed to understanding the needs and concerns of each individual
patient. He takes great pride in providing the best that dentistry has to
offer, and in creating every personalized smile.
He understands the anxiety related to dental visits and
takes great pride in bringing comfort to his patients. Dr. Patel enjoys all
areas of general dentistry with special interests in endodontics, cosmetics,
implants and patient education. He strives to keep current with the latest
technology techniques in dentistry by attending numerous continuing
education courses.
Dr. Patel is a member of the American Dental Association,
Greater Houston Dental Society, Texas Dental Association, Academy of
Osseointegration, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General
Dentistry, and Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
Dr. Patel graduated from the University of Houston with a
business degree in management information systems and went on to pursue his
childhood dream, graduating from the University of Texas, San Antonio, where
he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Patel has been recognized for
his excellence in leadership, clinical skills and in pain management and
dental anesthesiology.
When Dr. Patel is not practicing dentistry, he enjoys
spending time with his family and friends, traveling, sports, and running.
An enthusiastic contributor to community causes, Dr. Patel volunteers his
time and skill on a regular basis.

Viviana has been with Katy Dental for over 10
years. She is well versed in all aspects of
dentistry and continues to stay up to date by
attending dental seminars. She is bilingual in
English and Spanish. Viviana is very close to
many of our patients and their families. She
enjoys fishing, riding bikes, and spending time
with her husband and 2 sons. Congrats to her and

Clara was a dentist in Columbia and has more
than 15 years experience in the dental field.
She is dedicated to helping people enjoy
beautiful healthy smiles and really enjoys what
she does! She is bilingual in English and
Spanish. Clara is highly trained in general
dentistry, pedodontics, and orthodontics. She
enjoys spending time with her husband and two
sons.
